Tooth Colored Fillings

Extractions

Tooth extraction may be determined by your doctor for a number of reasons. Some teeth are extracted for getting severely decayed while many have advanced periodontal disease, or have broken in a way that is not going to be easily repaired. There are some cases where a tooth is removed for being poorly positioned in the mouth (e.g. impacted teeth). Extractions are also determined in preparation for an orthodontic treatment.
